What is a DVR
Recorder?
A DVR is a computer based digital
recording system that records video on to a computer hard drive. Using a hard
drive allows the recording system to record video for longer periods of time.
One feature of a DVR is motion
detection. How the motion detection feature works is: when the DVR detects
motion in one of the cameras, the motion in the camera triggers the DVR to start
recording and end recording after a set period of time, usualy 15 seconds or
more.
Another feature of a DVR is Network
Compatibility. Network compatibility allows the Camera system to be connected to
your computer network allowing the cameras to be viewed over an existing network
or through an internet connection via a Personal Computer.

Should your business have surveillance camera
system? With crime rates for ever rising, a good surveillance camera system
will provide crime prevention. Exactly what are your employees doing? What
time are employees arriving and leaving work? |
We absolutely agree. Every business should have a
surveillance camera system to monitor all aspects of your facility from the
front door to the back door to the cash register. We have hardware that will
connect to your existing computer point of sale system that will record
everything that happens on the screen. With a camera also pointed at the
register you won't miss a thing. |
